Brendan Enright, the lead attorney at the law office, has over 25 years experience and specializes solely in family law/divorce and bankruptcy law. The Aurora Law Office first opened in 1989. The associate lawyer in the office, Johanna Cohen, has focused almost exclusively on bankruptcy law for the last three years.

Meet our Attorneys

Brendan Enright – Family Law and Bankruptcy Attorney
Brendan Enright has been practicing law, specializing exclusively in divorce, family law and bankruptcy for more than 26 years.  After originally following his passion for the law at the Warwick University School of Law in Warwickshire, England, Brendan obtained his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1980, and was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1984 and the U.S. District Court District of Oregon in 1984.

Brendan opened Aurora Law Office more than twenty years ago. This office, led by Brendan and his small and dedicated staff, has been representing clients in Aurora, Canby, Woodburn, Molalla, Salem, Hubbard, Aurora, Wilsonville, Oregon City, and other surrounding towns – large and small.  People in this part of Oregon know they can count on Aurora Law Office to help them with their debt relief and family law issues.

Specializing in divorce and bankruptcy, Aurora Law Office focuses on helping people “restructure” their lives, working quickly to help people make a fresh start and move on with their lives.  


Johanna Cohen – Bankruptcy Associate
Johanna Cohen specializes with Aurora Law Office as the bankruptcy associate. Her forte is helping people get a fresh start, freeing them from the stress and burden of debt.  
Johanna graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a double major in Anthropology and Art History. She then spent two years teaching English in Asia which allowed her to experience many different cultures.  She attended Law School at Loyola in Los Angeles and finished her third year of Law School at Lewis and Clark University in Portland, Oregon.  

Prior to joining Aurora Law Office, Johanna practiced family law at Legal Aid, helping domestic violence survivors get the help they needed to make a better life for themselves and their families.  She continues to enjoy helping people turn their lives around. She firmly believes that everyone deserves a second chance, and works everyday to help people make that new start through debt relief.
